We are seeking a dedicated professional responsible for Data Entry and processing of all Settlement reports for subscribers (Coops, MPCs, Rural Banks) with GL System integration.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Data Entry and processing of all Settlement reports of subscribers to the GL System.
• Assist Internal Auditor in preparing the Quarterly Financial Statement.
• Reconcile Company’s major bank accounts for Audit and Financial Statement purposes.
• In charge of preparing the checks used in settlement for subscribers.
• Prepare reportorial requirements to BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and PAG-IBIG.
• Prepare and compute withholding taxes.
• Prepare and analyze budgets.
• Responsible for billing activities such as accounts payable checks, transfers and payments.
• Handle company expenses and reimbursements, petty cash fund and other finances.
• Other tasks as may be assigned by Management.
