On-site - Cavite Fresh Graduate/Student Bachelor Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording daily financial transactions (e.g., sales, expenses, receipts)
• Prepare and process invoices, billing, and collections
• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Verify and process employee reimbursements and petty cash
• Ensure accuracy of data entries in accounting systems
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial matters
• Assist during audits and compliance checks

Qualifications:
