The Workers' Compensation Court is seeking a candidate with great analytical skills and attention to detail for an Accounting and Personnel Assistant position.

• Perform accounting functions involving the development, maintenance, and processing of financial records and reports.
• Compute and process court payroll and maintain employee payroll and personnel records.
• Monitor federal grant expenditures and prepare quarterly and annual federal grant reports.
• Collect, record, and verify information for payroll. Compute payroll and personnel figures including wages, hours worked, leave earnings and usage. Process court payroll. Verify accuracy of payroll posting, leave balances, and deductions. Maintain employee payroll and personnel files.
