This position will take over all Accounting and Finance duties currently handled by the General Affairs Staff.

GENERAL ACCOUNTING DUTIES

• Voucher entry, invoice management, A/R and A/P management, cash and bank balance management and reconciliation

FINANCIAL CLOSING DUTIES

• Coordination of monthly and annual closing procedures

TAX/PEZA-RELATED DUTIES

• Preparation and processing of PEZA-related documents
• Preparation of tax returns based on BIR regulations with the assistance of an accounting firm

FINANCIAL AND OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

• Preparation and submission of monthly financial reports (in English) to the Japanese supervisor
• Management of payroll for 8 employees and contributions to related government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG)
• Support for inventory management in collaboration with other departments
