THE ROLE

Reporting to the Payment Methods Reconciliation Accounting Supervisor, within the operational accounting team, the Reconciliation Accounting Analyst will provide accounting support services to the stores under their responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Reconcile, for each financial period, the general ledger accounts related to the payment methods accepted in store;
  • Cash deposits
  • Debit/credit cards
  • Gas station debit/credit cards
  • Gas station promotions and discount coupons;
  • Prepaid cards and gift cards;
• Record entries for payment discrepancies (shortfalls and surpluses);
