Job Summary

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant for our Surat (Varachha) office. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Zoho accounting software and be capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting operations related to Diamond and Jewellery, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate books of accounts on a daily basis
• Handle Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting end-to-end (mandatory)
• Manage sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries
• Reconcile bank statements, cash, and ledgers regularly
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle GST compliance:
• GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
• Input tax credit tracking
