Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a detail-oriented Tax Specialist to join a high-performing Estates & Trusts team. This role is focused on the preparation, review, and filing of complex tax returns, while also identifying planning opportunities and supporting clients through the full tax lifecycle.

Prepare and file personal, estate, and trust income tax returns (T1, T1 Terminal, T3)
Gather and analyze information from clients and internal/external stakeholders to support tax filings
Complete calculations, schedules, and supporting documentation for complex returns
Review notices of assessment and prepare adjustments, objections, and clearance certificate requests
Communicate directly with the CRA to resolve inquiries and provide required documentation
Identify post-mortem and other tax planning opportunities
Act as a technical resource for estate and trust taxation matters
