Description
Our client in The Woodlands is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 3+ years of experience to support accounting operations across multiple entities on a contract to full-time basis. This role will handle general ledger activity, journal entries, bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaid accounts, expense allocations, financial reporting, and budget support. Strong Excel skills are required, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. Experience with Great Plains or Sage Intacct experience is a strong plus. The position is fully onsite in The Woodlands TX.


Key Responsibilities

+ Manage accounting for multiple entities.

+ Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

+ Handle bank reconciliations, prepaid accounts, accruals, and expense allocations.
