2. Key Responsibilities

A. Financial Reporting

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

Analyze financial data and provide insights to management



B. General Ledger Management

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger

Review journal entries and ensure proper documentation

Perform bank and account reconciliations



C. Tax & Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including:

oPAYE

oVAT

oNSSF

oSHIF (NHIF)

Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time



D. Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts

Monitor actual performance against budget

Provide variance analysis and recommendations



E. Audit Support

Coordinate internal and external audits
