Job Description
Responsibilities
- Update financial records, such as ledgers
- Track and record financial transactions
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and daily reports.
- Compare accounting records with bank statements and other records
- Process invoices and ensure accuracy in payables processing
- Assist with audits, fact-checking, and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain communication with upper management
- Prepare BIR Taxation Filing
Qualifications
- Has knowledge in Taxation, mostly VAT, Corporate Tax and Income Tax.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Knowledgeable in Bookkeeping and Tax filing.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
