• Issue invoices, tax invoices, receipts, withholding tax certificates, and other related sales/purchase documents
• Communicate and coordinate with business partners and relevant external parties, such as government authorities, banks, etc.
• Record, review, and organize financial transactions and accounting documents
• Prepare and file online withholding tax returns (PND.1, 3, 53, 54)
• Prepare VAT reports (PP.30, PP.36)
• Handle social security matters, including employee registration and termination, and submit monthly contributions to the SSO
• Maintain accurate financial records using Express accounting software
• Accurately perform general accounting tasks, including journal entries, general ledger (GL) and bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (optional)
