Accountant
is responsible for overseeing the financial management of the UK holding companies, including Frank Acquisition Three, Frank Acquisition Four, Filtrona Group Holdings Limited, and three additional UK-based investment holding entities. The role encompasses a broad range of functions, including accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, compliance, company secretarial matters, audit, tax, and treasury. The position also involves coordination on payroll matters and managing the purchase order process. This is a contract role providing maternity cover from 1 July 2026 to 31 January 2027.
