Position Description:

+ Daily GL, AP, AR bookkeeping, staff reimbursement checking according to policy and accounting standards

+ Responsible for treasure tasks, cash/bank transaction, bank reconciliation

+ Month end and Quarter end closing to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information

+ Perform regular internal records filing and external bank, tax, customs, govt. filings

+ Policy Compliance. Prepare and assist in SOX documentation for internal and external Audit Activities

+ Ad hoc Accounting/Finance assignment


Position Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

+ Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)

+ Must be a quick learner, very detail oriented, and with a good communication skill
