Key Experience required

• Full tenant billing function.
• Debtors.
• Invoicing.
• Ensure bank statements, payments, and transactions are allocated.
• Tenant deposit reconciliations.
• Tenant account reconciliations.
• Monthly bookkeeping process up to trial balance.
• Monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Creditors.
• Cashbooks.
• Journals.
• Ensure that all petty cash expenses are checked and captured.
• Audit / annual financial file preparations.
• Adjustment accounts

Requirements

• Finance Degree / Diploma
• SAIPA/CIMA articles advantageous
