Experience (Career Level Guide):

 3 - 5 years of experience in the F&A domain (preferred if it includes experience)

 End to end knowledge of the insurance life cycle (good to have)

 Exposure to the EPIC agency management system

 Experience in transition and onboarding of services

 Onshore travel experience (good to have)

 Insurance accounting certifications (good to have)
