Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities Reconcile all bank accounts between our systems and the bank statement Responsible for the general ledger Bookkeeping to trail balance Ensure sound integration from the retail system to Sage Evolution Process information that does not integrate from the retail system (Arch) in Sage Evolution Leave cover rotation of duties within the group finance department Support for auditors with respect to VAT/ PAYE Payroll entries Annual audit preparation and support Oversee cash office change orders and float counts Review supplier payment reconciliations Key focus areas: Appropriate control over bank and cash reconciliations Book keeping to trail balance
