Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

  · Maintaining accurate and complete financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for multiple companies.

  · Performing bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, and other account reconciliations for multiple companies.

  · Review & ensure accurate bi-weekly timesheets and payroll processing, maintain employee PTO records, personnel files, assist with unemployment claim and wage garnishments, and other related tasks.

  · Maintains vendors and subcontractors W-9’s, COI for G.L. & W.C. Insurance and prepares annual 1099’s.
