Key Responsibilities- Accounting Support
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records including ledgers, accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, tax filings and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Customer Interaction (Telesales/Client Support)
- Use telesales skills to handle client inquiries related to billing, payments and financial transactions.
- Address client queries and issues related to their accounts resolving concerns in a timely manner.
