Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Financial Manager with any ad hoc requests.
- Writing excel sheets to automate certain accounting functions.
- Assist other Finance staff with workloads if/when required.
- Processing of supplier accounts in various entities.
- Assisting with the BBBEE procurement process and annual audit.
- Assisting with external and internal financial audits.
- Assisting with the processing of subcontractor certificates.
- Ownership of ordering system and strengthening of procurement process.
- Buildsmart accounting and procurement champion.
- Processing and administration of Plant and equipment.
- Banking authorisation.
- Any other ad hoc duties as may be required within the Financial and Administration department.
Qualifications
- Newly qualified CA(SA).
- Preference will be given to immediately available candidates.
