A reputable and well-established engineering consultancy company is looking for an experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper with strong financial acumen and attention to detail to join their team in Durban, Kwa Zulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general administrative duties within the finance department.
Responsibilities:
Perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks including billing forecasts, invoicing, and statements. Manage and report on debtors and collections. Handle petty cash and credit card allocations and monthly reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general office administration. Provide support to the Financial Manager with finance-related duties.
