Job Description


Responsibilities




  • Review Accounts Payable transaction by verifying, reconciling invoices and payment

  • Responsible for monthly management reporting of PRC factories

  • Lead a small team of Dongguan Accounts Department

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and duties as assigned

  • Business trip to China is required




    • Requirements





  • DSE / Forne 5 or above

  • Minimum 3 years relevant accounting working experience (experience in handling PRC factories is preferred)

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a plus

  • Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)

  • Self-motivated, attention to details and good team player

  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
