to oversee finance operations for ticketing and retail functions, including reconciliations, payment terminal management, financial reporting, and compliance matters. The role will also support process improvements, ERP implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
Ticketing & Retail Finance Operations Manage and monitor all finance-related matters for ticketing and retail operations. Process and verify customer refunds, adjustments, voids and reversals. Handle e-wallet top-ups, reconciliations and settlement monitoring. Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of ticketing and retail collections. Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in accounting systems. Business partner with operations and retail teams on finance operational reporting.
