We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Support Intern to join our Commercial - EV Infra team. In this role, you will support customer satisfaction and gain hands‑on experience across the end‑to‑end client account cycle—from lead management and contract support to records handling and after‑sales assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to leads from multiple channels (social media, events, referrals, etc.)
• Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for the Commercial team
• Help draft, organize, and file agreements for closed accounts
• Track contract terms, compliance, and renewal
• Support records management, including maintaining EVCS records and government permits
• Assist in timely submission of required reports (e.g., energy consumption to DOE)
