Client Leadership

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for both your Financial Services and CPG clients, building trusted, long-term partnerships.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow client business, bringing forward new ideas, solutions, and strategic recommendations.
• Navigate the distinct needs, compliance requirements, and cultural nuances of both the financial services and CPG categories with confidence and agility.
• Lead client status meetings, presentations, and reviews, ensuring clear and consistent communication at all times.

Project & Campaign Management

• Oversee the end-to-end management of integrated campaigns — from brief to delivery — ensuring work is on time, on budget, and on strategy.
• Partner closely with creative, strategy, production, and media teams to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional output.
