As an Account Specialist for Career Support Associate / Customer Success , your primary objective is to drive successful job placements by strategically engaging with both employers and job seekers.
In this role, you will work closely with employers to understand their hiring needs, provide customized candidate recommendations, and optimize job postings for maximum visibility and effectiveness.
You will also serve as a trusted advisor to job seekers, guiding them through the application and interview process while ensuring a smooth, supportive experience within the platform. Your ability to build relationships and deliver value to both sides of the hiring equation will be key to your success in this role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center (voice or voice + non-voice), preferably in a B2B Sales , SaaS environment , or customer care operations
