Job Description
CLIENT SERVICING AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Establish, manage, and maintain healthy business relationships with new and existing clients. Communicate and respond to customers through various channels. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer concerns. Work closely with the internal teams to address customer concerns and inquiries. Facilitate the consolidation of required documents and materials needed in fulfillment of client's requirements. Consistently and regularly update customer and account information in the internal system. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Ensures that daily administrative tasks are delivered and executed with due diligence. Provide clear and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to troubleshoot and initiate solutions in case of project challenges, and escalating concerns to concerned parties if need be. Provide general administrative support to Account Managers.
