Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. This position is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and payments to vendors and service providers. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for payment.
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure proper approvals are obtained.
• Reconcile processed work by comparing entries and system reports to balances.
• Charge expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers.
