We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Freelance Accountant to join our Singapore office. This role supports both corporate secretarial and accounting functions and offers valuable exposure to international business operations in a professional, fast-paced environment.

• Liaise internal teams across offices regarding payment instructions, documentation, and project coordination.
• Review corporate secretarial, schedules, ledger and amend the management accounts presented, prepare financial statements
• Prepare simple corporate tax and submission
• Handle client administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
