Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join VoiceAbility on a three-month fixed-term basis, providing short-term additional capacity within our commercial team.
This is a role for someone who can get up to speed quickly and add value from day one. You will manage relationships with commissioners and stakeholders across an allocated contract portfolio, acting as a confident and knowledgeable point of contact for VoiceAbility.
Depending on timing and requirements, there may be opportunity to support the mobilisation of newly secured contracts, though the primary focus of the role is ongoing account management and relationship management.
Day to day, you will share performance intelligence with partners, identify opportunities for service development through stakeholder engagement, and work alongside Operations Managers on staffing and resource allocation.
