Functie

Rol & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bestaande raamcontracten beheren en uitbouwen, met focus op stabiliteit en langetermijnwaarde

  • Contractverlengingen voorbereiden en onderbouwen op basis van data, servicekwaliteit en behoefteanalyse

  • Samenwerking coördineren met Tender Desk, Customer Care, Operations en Finance

  • Besluitvormingsprocessen in kaart brengen en relaties uitbouwen op meerdere niveaus binnen organisaties

  • Zorgen voor een gestructureerde planning, duidelijke pipeline en correcte CRM-registratie

    • Kandidaat

    Profiel

  • Ruime ervaring in tender-gedreven verkoop of contractmanagement (onderwijs, zorg, lokale besturen, social profit of private organisaties met formele aankoopstructuur)

  • Sterk in zakelijke communicatie en stakeholdermanagement
