Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) is looking for an experienced Account Manager to ensure the smooth running of the operation across our site in Solihull, on a key account in the division, Jaguar Land Rover.

Key responsibilities:

People management across the site.
Develop a long-lasting relationship with the client and extend the network within the client.
In cooperation with the Randstad Continuous Improvement team promote new business opportunities to the client (e.g. cost savings, process improvement, tech roll outs, overall enhanced quality of service etc)
Managing a large team of Account Specialists, as well as experience in high volume recruitment - in any industry
