Job Description
As an Account Manager at Airwallex, you will own the relationship with our SME clients and work cross functionally, across sales, product, operations, marketing, and strategy, to deliver the best customer experience. This role will focus on qualifying, servicing, upselling, cross‑selling, and building multi‑stakeholder relationships with the Digital & Tech portfolio of customers. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for SMEs, a curiosity of industry trends, and an adventurous spirit to experiment. Additionally, you will work closely with the commercial leadership and strategy team to provide insights to grow the business.
