Job Description
Role Summary
As Technical Account Manager, you will support DayOne’s sales efforts by providing the technical depth needed to engage complex hyperscale customers. The role sits within the sales team and is intended to complement customer‑facing account management with strong technical coordination and program delivery support. The role is based in Singapore and requires close collaboration with commercial, design, delivery, operations, construction, and customer engineering teams.
Core Responsibilities- Act as the technical counterpart to the sales team for hyperscale accounts, supporting opportunity development through technical and execution alignment.
- Lead coordination between customer engineering teams and DayOne’s internal design, delivery, operations, and construction stakeholders.
