What you will be doing as a Recruiter:  

·       Manage the end-to-end process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing. Ensure a positive, high-touch experience for all applicants from first contact to onboarding.

·       Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on key hiring metrics.

·       Staffing and recruiting temporary workers (Construction and General Labour positions)

·       Scheduling, dispatching and on boarding

·       Utilizing our applicant system efficiently to reach targets.
