The Account Manager plays an integral role in helping Balchem become our most strategic customersβ preferred supplier by developing customer intimacy, demonstrating market-leading knowledge, delivering profitable market access solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Leading cross-functional teams within Balchem to develop and execute both short and long-term strategic account plans with their assigned customers will be required.
