The Role
Identify upsell opportunities and generate minimum revenue from each client.
Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls.
Provide after‑sales support to retain customers.
Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries.
Recognize and proactively report trends, potential weaknesses and help find the best solution to improve customers’ journeys and our product.
