Account Manager – Greater Manchester

The Account Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the client relationship and business. The role requires operational excellence, exceptional customer service, negotiation skills, crisis management experience, and process and project management abilities. Reporting should be timely and accurate.

Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with individual clients. Provide operational excellence and exceptional customer service. Negotiate terms and manage crises promptly. Oversee project processes from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time. Prepare and deliver regular reports. Qualifications Proven work experience within the Print Arena (POS, large format, DM, litho, or digital print). Strong technical knowledge of print processes.
