A busy association management company is seeking an Account Manager, with growth potential, to help lead several of our association clients. Working closely with fellow account leaders and managers, you will provide front‑line services to client association executives, volunteers and members. Our client is a full‑service association management company servicing local, national and international non‑profit associations and charities.

Specific Responsibilities

• Administrative support that includes:
  • Plan and execute frontline support to members of several industry clients. This is via phone, email, social media and in person. We require in office for 5 days in downtown Toronto.
  • Managing payment processing and tracking
