Hireframe is a remote staffing company that helps US-based startups and growth-stage companies build high-performing offshore teams. Our clients are founders, operators, and lean teams β not enterprise procurement departments. They move fast, change direction, and expect their partners to think alongside them. We operate like a startup ourselves: no bureaucracy, high ownership, and a constant bias toward action.
This is a full-cycle account management role. You will own a portfolio of 20+ active clients across a range of industries β and be responsible for their retention, satisfaction, and growth. You are not a coordinator or a customer service rep. You are the person clients call when something matters, and you are expected to have an answer, a plan, or a path to one.
