Job Description
+ Manage an existing book of business (i.e. in charge of renewing customers with existing contracts)
+ Meet Sales Team Objectives including but not limited to the following:
+ Retention activities through working in advance
+ Generate Upsell opportunities and convert forecasted pipeline to sales
+ Engage with customers to verify user experience and identify pain points
+ Drive conversations based on mutual understanding with customer needs and address with value-led proposals
+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to extend the positive customer experience
+ Other duties may be assigned
Other Qualifications/Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)
+ 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales organization or in a business-to-business environment (inside sales account management or territory sales)
