In this Individual Contributor role, you will own a portfolio of Hub Delivery Partners across delivery stations in your assigned region. You will develop and execute territory plans that drive partner launch success, sustained high performance, and retention while collaborating cross functionally with Station Operations Managers and Program Managers to solve complex problems in Amazon's evolving last mile delivery network.
