Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for: Managing the sales performance of the car rental portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase revenue;
Negotiating commercial agreements, commissions, and rates with key accounts to ensure competitiveness and market growth;
Monitoring availability, rate parity, and partner performance across our channels, ensuring the best customer experience;
Analyzing market data, product performance, and KPIs to identify business opportunities and performance improvements;
Developing commercial strategies in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to increase conversion and revenue;
Prospecting anddeveloping new partnerships aligned with the companyβs expansion strategy;
Tracking partner performance indicators (availability, rate parity, NPS, SLA, among others) and driving continuous improvement;
Representing the company at events and strengthening relationships with strategic partners.
