Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Management

• Acquire and develop new client accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
• Identify client needs and translate them into tailored event and creative solutions.

Client Servicing & Relationship Building

• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent client servicing and smooth communication.
• Build long‑term partnerships through trust, consistency, and post‑project servicing.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with creative teams to develop proposals, pitches, and innovative event concepts.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams during event execution, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while keeping clients updated.
