About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager Enterprise in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. You will act as a trusted consultant for Factorial’s largest and most strategic Spanish customers, driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will be in charge of managing and expanding a high-value portfolio, building long-term relationships, and deeply understanding client processes and challenges.
