Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to provide accurate insights to senior management.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payroll, and other financial transactions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement processes for financial control and risk management.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
