Job Description
As part of its Strategic Plan, Spendesk decided to address customer growth through two different teams within the Sales Department:
- Business Development : Responsible for acquiring new customers
- Account Management : Responsible for growing and developing existing customers
As an Account Manager, you’ll report directly to our Head of Account Management. It’s an opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing customers. You’ll manage a large portfolio with the goal of driving expansion through upsell, cross‑sell, and contract negotiation.
