We are currently seeking an Account Manager in our Commercial Lines Business Unit. In this role you will help our company succeed and grow by providing exceptional day‑to‑day service to Commercial Lines clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day servicing of the book working with clients and our Sales Professionals
• Review client’s current coverage and exposures, loss experience and analyze risk to determine the product/service requirements
• Input and update claims and new client information
• Assist with client inquiries or rush assignments as requested
• Know customers and fully understand their needs
