The VIP Account Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and retaining a portfolio of high‑value players, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and engagement across all B2 C verticals (casino, live casino, and sportsbook). This role combines relationship management, data‑driven insights, and strategic execution to maximize player lifetime value while maintaining compliance with responsible gaming standards.
