So, what will you be doing in this role? Day to day, our Account Managersare responsible forlooking after and managing our existing customers. This means you will be doinga number ofdifferent things, from managing customer relationships with influencers and decision makers, topromoteloyalty and high customer retention. Toidentifyingopportunities to up-sell or cross-selladditionalApteanproducts, add-on licenses, upsell modules and next version upgrades. You will work with and be supported by our dedicated and experienced Sales teams, wewill also provide you with our Sales trainingcourses,to begin to develop your core skills.
