Oneida Innovations Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager with experience in BD & Capture to manage the business development process and contract opportunity pipeline for the Oneida Indian Nation's Federal contracting businesses. This individual will be responsible for Capture of qualified opportunities, engaging with federal customers across all agencies to shape competitive, compelling proposal responses, and working across internal and external stakeholders to grow the business with exceptional performance.

Responsibilities & Duties:


+ Manages the Capture process for strategic pipeline; create and execute strategies that lead to the successful identification, pursuit, capture, and execution of new programs.
